These are the questions that people often ask when calling for more information on our TRAININGS. We, the office staff at Neuro-Energetics in collaboration with John & Julie, love what we do and love talking to folks like you. So please call us if you have additional questions.


Which trainings do John & Julie (J&J) teach?

John & Julie specialize in all levels of Hypnosis Training and NLP Trainer's Training

Certification Training in Hypnosis, including:  

  1. Certified Hypnotherapist & Certified Master Hypnotherapist
  2. Certified Trainer of Hypnosis
            

Certification Training in NLP and HumanisticNLP:

  1. Certified NLP Trainer
  2. Certified Humanistic NLP Trainer

How much of the actual trainings do John and Julie teach?

It depends on which training you're attending. J&J are the exclusive trainers for all of the Hypnosis Trainings. At NLP Trainer's Training, you will see other guest Trainers along with J&J, who teach at least 80% of Trainer's Training.


What is the average size of the trainings?

John & Julie like to have time to work individually with the participants and get to know them on a one-to-one basis. They generally prefer smaller, intimate trainings so everyone receives personal attention. As a team managing the enrollment process, we're flexible on the size, as long as it what works well for everyone. So feel free to check with our office for training size specifics.


How do I register?

If you live in the USA, the easiest way to register is by calling us at 717.290.7191 between the hours of 10am and 3pm (East Coast time) and we'll be happy to register you in person and answer all of your questions. You may still register after hours by leaving the information below, or by simply leaving your name and number, and we'll return your call the next business day.

If you're outside the USA, the easiest way to register is by calling us at 717.290.7191 between the hours of 10am and 3pm (East Coast time) and we'll be happy to register you in person and answer all of your questions.

London time: 5 hours ahead of the East Coast of USA
Frankfurt time: 6 hours ahead of the East Coast of USA
Most of our participants from Europe call us in the evening (their time) which is early to mid-afternoon our time.
Hong Kong time: 12 hours ahead of the East Coast of USA
Australia time: 14 hours ahead of the East Coast of USA
West Coast of the USA: 3 hours behind the East Coast
Hawaii time: 5 to 6 hours behind East Coast (depending on time of year)

When you call to register, you will save time if you have the following information available:
Your name and address
Your telephone, fax, and email address
Which training you're enrolling in & how you'll be paying (have credit card number ready)

If you'd prefer to register by fax, you may do so by sending a fax with the information above, to 717.391.9619. This goes directly into our office, where your information will be secure.
You are not technically registered in the training until we receive your deposit. Deposits may be paid by cash, personal check, money order, international money order, traveler's cheques, wire transfer of funds to our bank, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover Card. Sorry, we do not accept AMEX at this time. For wire transfers, please call our office and we can provide you with all of the necessary banking information to make the actual transfer. After you're registered, we'll send you all of the confirmation and preparation details by mail, fax or e-mail, whichever you prefer.


By what date do I need to register?

It really depends on the training. Because John & Julie are known for teaching advanced skills some trainings sell out quickly, so you may want to register as soon as you hear about them. We do keep a waiting list for all trainings in the case of cancellation.

We do provide an early registration date for each training which is two weeks prior to the first day of the training. If we receive both your deposit and balance in full two weeks prior, you will receive the early rate (which is considerably lower than the regular seminar rate). If you do not register two weeks in advance, or if you have not paid your balance in full by this date, we will not be able to offer you the early discount rate. So register early or at least by the last day of the early discount period. If we are not personally available on the last day of the early registration period, please leave us a message on our voice mail and you will still receive the early discount rate.

We continue to accept registrations after the early discount period, as long as seats are available.


How do I pay for the trainings?

Payment may be made in whatever way is most convenient for you: by cash, personal check, money order, international money order, traveler's cheques, wire transfer of funds to our bank, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover Card. Sorry we do not accept AMEX at this time.

Additionally, we cannot accept foreign currency and checks drawn or written on foreign banks. If you would like to pay by check and you're outside of the USA, please go to your local bank and tell them you need a check in US funds, this will need to be a bank check with US bank routing numbers on it or an international money order. We can happily accept those. For wire transfers, please call our office and we can provide you with all of the necessary banking information to make the actual transfer.

When you register, you will pay your deposit by whatever method you've selected. Deposits are non-refundable, and in the case of cancellation, may be applied to another training.
Many people like to pay the full cost of the training at time of registration. If you do not pay in full at registration, then your balance is due two weeks prior to the first day of the training (which is the last day of the early discount period). If you are using a credit card, and if for some reason your card is declined on that date, you may have to pay the higher rate for the training. So please make sure you have room on that card for your balance or please provide us with another card number, so you get the discount.

What are the dates of the trainings?

The Spring Trainings are usually held in March and their content varies. NLP Trainer's Training & Certification Evaluation is held yearly in July/August. Hypnosis II & III always begins the Monday after our American Thanksgiving (in November/December). Hypnosis IV: Hypnosis Trainer’s Training immediately follows Hypnosis II & III.

What are the hours of the trainings?

Click here to go to our calendar and you can see the hours listed for each of the specific trainings. Generally, when J&J teach in America, the hours are mostly (but not always) 1pm to 7 or 8pm. Participants often ask about the reasons for these hours. We believe that these hours provide the best intensive training experience (uninterrupted by a lunch break), while still providing blocks of free time so that everyone's energy stays consistent. The participants are then free to shop, sightsee, and relax so that their integration occurs on many levels outside of the training.

When J&J teach in Europe, their hours are usually 10am to 5:30pm, however it depends on the specific course and the promoter's schedule.

How do I get to Atlanta, GA USA? What is the closest airport? How easy is it to get there?

Atlanta is a centrally located east coast city which is very easy to access. It boasts one of the busiest airports in the world, Hartsfield International. The Hawthorn Suites Hotel is 20 miles from Atlanta Hartsfield Airport. It is approximately $35.00 for a taxi from the Airport to the hotel; please verify the exact rate with the taxi driver. John and Julie have limited their business travel, and depending on their promoters, these are the two primary locations where you can train with them other than in the USA:

Does Neuro-Energetics have any special programs for minorities or refugees?

We do have partial scholarships available for minorities and refugees. Upon request, native people, people of color and refugees from war-torn countries are all eligible for discounts and scholarships. If you believe that you may be eligible for this program, please contact our office for more information.

What is the Neuro-Energetics policy for assistants?

We limit the number of assistants to approximately two individuals per training. There are exceptions based upon need and seminar size. For example, NLP Trainer’s Training is a larger training, so we usually have more than two assistants.

Requirements for assisting:
1. You need to be a Certified NLP Trainer or a highly experienced NLP Master Practitioner
2. You need to have previously taken the course on which you want to assist with Neuro-Energetics
3. You need to be dedicated to your own self-improvement
4. You need to be highly motivated to serve participants
5. You need to be completely at cause and manage your own state

How do I order products?

If you would like someone to contact you please email us with your contact information and a good time to call you back so we can be in touch with you as soon as possible, and we'll be happy to answer any questions you may have about our videos, books and CDs/MP3s.

How do I pay?

What choices do I have for shipping?

We have two basic alternatives for shipping, USPS and UPS. The first one, USPS, is the United States Postal Service. They are the least expensive option and they do not provide tracking info. In the USA, we use Priority Mail with the USPS for most items. The approximate cost is approximately $5.00-$7.00 for 3-5 day service.

The second option is UPS, United Parcel Service; they are more expensive since they provide tracking information and generally faster service. We're happy to ship your products by whichever method you prefer. Consider your location and the time frame in which you need the shipment. We're a very options-oriented company. We use everything from overnight service to surface (ships which take weeks or months to reach their destination).

If you're outside the USA, then UPS is excellent because they expedite things through customs. The USPS does not expedite on your behalf with Customs. Airmail to countries outside the USA generally takes 7-10 days for arrival and is quite reasonably priced. Depending on the weight of your order, we also can ship it Global Priority (USPS) for as little as $5.00 and it arrives within 5 days (Sorry, not all of the heavy items can go by Global Priority).

How do I become a Neuro-Energetics Product Distributor?

Neuro-Energetics welcomes those who wish to distribute their products. There are two ways that people become distributors: by taking NLP Trainer's Training or Hypnosis Trainer’s Training and by request. If you are not in the first category and would like to carry our products, please call our office to discuss this further.

Distributors receive 30-40% off Neuro-Energetics' retail prices.

Training Trances and Dreaming Realities are not available at distributor discounts from Neuro-Eneregetics. Distributor discounts may be available by contacting the Publishers directly (Metamorphous Press and Anglo-American, respectively).

How do I get on the Neuro-Energetics mailing list?

Click here and you will be included. We send mailings for each of our trainings throughout the year. WE DOT NOT SELL OUR MAILING LISTS AND WE DO NOT PROVIDE YOUR NAME TO ANYONE. We don't send you extraneous stuff either, because we don't like to be deluged with junk mail and we don't want to do that to others. If at any point you would like to be removed from our mailing list, please contact us and we will remove you immediately. There is the possibility that you could still receive another mailing or two, depending on when the mailing list was generated.
